I am a writer, but I also work in customer service. I have worked retail and hospitably for about 15 year or so. I am proud of my jobs; I love my customers, clients, co-workers and the good leaders. However, I have stories to tell. While I'm most passionate about my writing career, I also spend most of my time at work to pay for said writing. This blog will be all of the bizarre, the “Karens”, the outright terrifying, sometimes hilarious and the most WTF moments I have experienced on the job.
